HOW TO ENTER:
Like the Obi Mobiles Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/obimobiles) (“Page”).
Everyday a new question will be posted on the Timeline. To participate, answer the questions posted on the timeline.
Grand Prize: The participants who will give the right answer shall be eligible for inclusion in draw for lucky winner to be conducted by Judges appointed by Obi Mobiles Pvt. Ltd., which will at random basis and the lucky winner will get a Obi S500 Smartphone.
Late Entries of submission will be disqualified.
Judging Criteria: The Judges' decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this contest. All entries are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official Rules.
7. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:
1. The winners of the contest would be announced on the Obi Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/obimobiles). Also, Contest Entity would contact the winners through Direct Messaging facility on Facebook for distribution of prizes.
2. Contest winners will be notified on Facebook through a direct message requesting details like-name, address, his/ her mobile phone number.
3. In case of incomplete documents the participant will receive a call from the call centre for verification, and final approval on payout of prize will be linked to the fulfilment of required documents.
4. Once the claim is approved, the entitled prize will be couriered and delivery validated against ID proof.
5. Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any contest winner who does not provide the required verification upon receiving the request/notification from the sponsor.
8. PRIZES:
1. The winner will get an Obi S500 Smartphone.
2. Obi Mobiles reserves the right to substitute any prize of comparable value. No request from participants for substitution of prizes with any other item/cash will be entertained by Obi.
3. Any and all guarantees and warranties for prize is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
4. Obi does not guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance, features or capabilities/utility of the prizes offered to the winners under the contest and cannot be held responsible and liable in this connection. Obi will not entertain any claims in this regard.
5. Prizes are non-transferable.
6. Prizes offered on 'NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND' basis.
7. Prize recipients must, at Sponsor's request and free of any charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receiving of the prize, and he/she consents to permit Obi using his/her name and image in any promotional material.
