Contest !! Grand Prime Groupfie Win Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime
“#GrandPrimeGroupfie” (“the Contest”) is a contest launched by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”), valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.
I.
General terms and conditions of the Offer:
1.
The Contest is valid for Indian Citizens staying in India, 18 years or above (“Participant(s)”), except employees and family members of Samsung and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies. Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.
2.
For participation, Participant must hold a valid twitter account.
3.
The Contest will be held on the official twitter handle of Samsung Mobile India (@SamsungMobileIN)
4.
As part of the Contest, tweets will be done from Samsung India’s official twitter handle (mentioned above) inviting users to participate.
5.
The Contest invites people visiting ISL Match, to share their Groupfie clicked during their visit to any of the HERO ISL Matches between Nov 24th and Dec 20th using contest hash tag #GrandPrimeGroupfie.
6.
Participant must use the hash tag. Participant can share their groupfie as many times as he/she wants during the Contest Period. The probability of a Participant to win increases if he/she gets maximum number of re-tweets on their entries.
7.
Participation on twitter: Participants can log in to their respective (personal) twitter account and submit their entries. The Participants must submit their entries by using the hash tag #GrandPrimeGroupfie which will be considered as valid Participant for Contest.
8.
To consider each tweet as a ‘valid’ entry in the Contest, Participants must use the following in their entries: a) use hash tag “#GrandPrimeGroupfie” with each tweet they do sharing their groupfie; b) the Groupfie needs to have some visible element from the HEROISL match stadium. For example: Match stadium ground, standees, players playing the match, etc, as a part of the visual element. Only valid entries will be considered for selection of winners among the Participants.
9.
Participation in the Contest implies that Participants agree to all Terms & Conditions of the Contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.
10. The participation in the Contest is voluntary. Participation in this Contest constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Contest, Participant agrees to receive communication(s) from Samsung and/or its event management company relating to the Contest and Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Samsung and/or the event management company in this respect.
11. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or any other social media platform. The Participant is providing their information to Samsung and not to Twitter. By participating in the Contest, the Participant hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the user on Twitter or anywhere else by Samsung and/or its event management company for the purpose of this Contest. Further, Samsung shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the Participants including promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it;
12. Participant agrees that all/any characters appearing in any tweets with regard to the Contest, are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
II. Prizes and Selection of Winners:
1. (One) winner every week will be chosen and given a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (Hereinafter referred to as ‘the Prize’) every week during contest period from November 24th to December 20th.
2. The Winner may not be announced on the same date and could be announced at a later date. One (1) Winner every week will be chosen by independent third party on the basis of Quantity of RTs he/she gets on valid tweet entry with his/her groupfie(picture) clicked during the ISL match. In case if there is a TIE in the number of retweets then the winner will be chosen based on the randomizer. Decision of third party shall be final and binding. The Winner will be announced on Samsung Mobile India Twitter Page. The Winner will also be sent an email intimating them about their Prize.
3. Every week the contest will be conducted. Participants will submit their entries by the given dates to collect the maximum number of re-tweets on their entries, no extra number of RTs will be considered after the given time frame.
