By participating in HP’s #talkbigperformbigger contest, the participant accepts and agrees to the below mentioned terms & conditions:
Period:The #talkbigperformbiggercontest will start on 14 Feb and conclude on 15 Apr. But there will be twoparts for gratification.
o Phase 1 of Gratification (YouTubeFanFest Event 01 March 2014 Tickets): February 14th, 2014 – February 25th,2014 – All valid entries received in this timeframe will be eligible
o Phase 2 of Gratification (Tobe confirmed soon): February 14th, 2014– April 15th, 2014 - All valid entries received in this timeframewill be eligible (including all YouTube FanFest Ticket winners)
Participation: Contest is open to Indiancitizens residing in India who are above 18 years of age and are fans/followersof HP India on Facebook and Twitter. Participants must not be employees,contractors and the family members of Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt.Ltd, its associate companies, its advertising and promotionalagencies and their associate companies (“Users”). Any participant foundto be so related will be barred by HP India and no communication on the matterwill be entertained. Fans can participate in the contest via HP Facebook page usingthe below steps:
o Step 1: Create a short video aboutyour Talk Big Perform Bigger moment.
o Step 2: Upload your video to YouTube.Do note that this video on YouTube must be visible (set to public) and must beyour own video.
o Step 3: Share the YouTube Video linkas your entry on the #talkbigperformbigger app - http://on.fb.me/1eWF32t
o Step 4: Write a description about your#talkbigperformbigger moment in less than 512 characters.

Entries: Multiple entries are allowed but duplicate entries will be considered invalid. We will remove all theentries which contain obscene language or profanity. All contestant(s), theWinner(s) shall do any and all acts and execute any and all documents in suchmanner and at such location as may be required by HP India in its solediscretion to protect, perfect or enforce any of the rights granted orconfirmed to HP India herein.
Phase1 Winners:At the end of the Phase 1 contest period, winners will be selected at the discretion of HP India. All the winners will be announced on Feb 26th,2014.
Prizes: HP India will give tickets to YouTube FanFest 01 March 2014, Mumbai http://www.youtubefanfest.com
Phase 2 Winners:At the end of the Phase 2 contest period, winners will be selected at the discretion of HP India and basis the maximum votes on video entries. All the winnerswill be announced on 25 April, 2014.
Prizes for Phase 2: To be confirmed soon
All costs, charges, travel and expenses for participation in the event will be solely borne by the contestant(s).No other prize or compensation (monetary or otherwise) shall be awarded to the Winner.HP India is solely responsible for arranging and awarding the prize for the contest.HP India shall have the sole right to make any decision relating the prizeincluding but not limited to decide or change the gift items mentioned as prizes.All decisions made by HP India in connection to the aforesaid shall be finaland binding on the Winner(s). HP India’s decision is based on a set ofpre-determined criteria and their decision will be final and binding. Nocorrespondence will be entered into about the contest or HP India’sdecision(s). The prize(s) are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. HPIndia reserves the right to substitute any prizes (or any part of them) for an itemof similar value. If the prize is declined, unclaimed or unable to be claimed,or if the Winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied, HP India mayselect the next best and valid entry from the entries received as analternative Winner at its sole discretion. HP India may in its sole discretionnot award the prize to the Winner(s), if the Winner(s) is unable to producedocumentation required at any given point of the time or if the Winner(s)cheats or commits a fraud or is dishonest etc. Upon request, the Winner(s) mayalso be required to provide their contact details, passport/identity Proof,proof of residency, etc., and or any other details deemed necessary andrelevant by HP India in its sole discretion prior to the collection of anyPrize(s) or as part of the contest entry mechanism.
Right to content: Upon participation in the contest, the entries written by the participant shall become HP property and HP shall retain all IP rights in it. HPcan make use of the entries in any promotional manner without having any IntellectualRights claim. Participants are advised not to remove theentries uploaded for the contest.
Governing Law: The contestant(s) shall abide to all the laws of India and shall indemnify and hold harmless HP India in relation to any non-compliance by the Prize. The terms of this Rules andRegulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and thecourts of New Delhi have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
Change of rules: In certain circumstances, HPIndia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the challenge and in such a case, the revised terms will be communicated to the participants of the contest.
Taxes: If the Winner(s) is required to pay any kind of taxes, including gift tax, duties, charges, levies to theIndian Government in relation to the Prizes as required under law, the same shall be solely and exclusively borne by the Winner.
