1. The Contest is valid from 14th May, 2014 to 5th June, 2014 (‘Contest Period’).
2. The Contest is open to all residents of the State of Andhra Pradesh above the age of 18 years.
3. To participate in the Contest, the participant is required to give a missed call on 09582001000 and record their most memorable moment.
4. By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions available on the number 09582001000 as well as the decisions of HUL and/or the Technology Partner, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
5. The most creative and well articulated answers shall win Prizes.
6. The first 10 of the most creative and well articulated entries shall win a meet and greet with superstar Nagarjuna. 1300 of the next best entries shall win movie collaterals and other giveaways. (‘Prizes’)
7. The winners shall be informed at the end of the Contest Period.
8. HUL’s Technology Partner shall inform the winners by calling him / her on the same mobile number through which the winners participated in the Contest and shall verify the details of the Participant viz. name, age, occupation and complete address of the winner and/or such other information as maybe considered necessary for authentication of the winner.
9. The meet and greet with Nagarjuna shall be at a date, time and place as determined by HUL and shall be communicated to the 10 winners 7 (seven) days prior.
10. The decision of HUL regarding the winners shall be final and binding on all participants.
11. HUL shall arrange for travel (to and fro the destination) for the winners of the meet and greet with Nagarjuna. Lodging and boarding will be arranged for one night for participants from outside Hyderabad.
12. HUL shall stand fully absolved of its obligation under the Contest post receipt of the prizes by the winners and shall not be liable in any manner to the winner and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect of the Contest whatsoever.
13. Mobile Numbers which are registered with the National Do Not Call list will not receive the SMS's or Out Bound Dialling (OBD) calls.
14. No Entry Fee shall be charged for participating in this Contest; participants are therefore cautioned to beware of anyone soliciting payments for entry to this Contest.
15. HUL does not accept any responsibility or liability towards the personal security or property of the participants in the course of taking part in the Contest.
16. HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
17. HUL retains the right to contact the participants anytime after the end of the Contest Period.
18. The personal information shared with HUL and its technology partner, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the participant.
19. All disputes with respect to this Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or forums in Mumbai only.
20. In case of any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions based on the understanding of the vernacular version, the English version prevails and is available for reference on the Red Label Facebook page.
