1. These terms and conditions are applicable for the "Closeup MOBILE RECHARGE OFFER" which will be applicable during the term of the offer (hereinafter referred as "Campaign Period").
2. The Campaign is open to callers who are users of pre-paid mobile phone connections located in the states of India (each a “Consumer”).
3. To avail this offer and participate in the Campaign, a Consumer, upon purchasingCloseup30gm, Closeup32g, Closeup40g, Closeup80g and Closeup150g must open the product carton and or wrapper, locate the unique code printed within,
and give a missed-call to
1) 09029011144 on buying 30gm pack;
2) 09029011133 on buying 32gm pack;
3) 09029011155 on buying 40g pack;
4) 09029011166 on buying 80g pack and
5) 09029011177 on buying 150g pack” .
By placing a missed-call, the Consumer expressly opts to participate in the Campaign and to receive a call back (an ”Interactive Voice Response” or “IVRS”) from HUL’s service provider. IVRS automated calls enable consumers to respond a call-back via voice input or keypad selection.
4. Upon receiving a call-back, the Consumer will be requested to follow instructions for (a) entering the unique product code and (b) participating in a brief Consumer survey. Upon completion of the Consumer survey, and depending on the product purchased, the Consumer stands a chance to be awarded a mobile recharge worth Rs.20 or Rs 10 which would be debited to the Consumer’s pre-paid mobile phone account. Chance of win will be as follows:
150g: Every caller will win Talktime
80g: Every caller will win Talktime
40g: Every 3rd caller will win Talktime
32g: Every 4th caller will win Talktime
30g: Every 4th caller will win Talktime
With respect to consumers in Tamil Nadu, every consumer stands a guaranteed chance of winning a Rs20 or Rs10 worth recharge on the following purchases:
150g: Every caller will win guaranteed Talktime
80g: Every caller will win guaranteed Talktime
40g: Every caller who buys 40g pack, will be asked one skill based question. After giving the correct answer every consumer will win the guaranteed talk time
32g: Every caller who buys 32g pack, will be asked one skill based question. After giving the correct answer every consumer will win the guaranteed talk time
30g: Every caller who buys 30g pack, will be asked one skill based question. After giving the correct answer every consumer will win the guaranteed talk time
SMS will follow to inform the Consumer about the details of the recharge.
Mobile recharge will be confirmed via SMS confirmation to the Consumer. Each unique product code is valid for one Campaign entry only. Please note, post-paid mobile phones are not eligible for mobile recharge during this offer.The mobile recharge.
5. The Campaign shall be conducted on behalf of HUL by Brandtone (India) Ltd. (hereinafter "Brandtone").
6 In respect of each unique Closeup Product code, after the re-charge is completed, HUL shall have no further obligations to the participating Consumer.
7. Participation in this Campaign is free, voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Consumer. By participating in this Campaign, the consumer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of HUL which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.
8. HUL cannot guarantee connectivity via the mobile network of the telecoms service provider subscribed to by the consumer. Accordingly, HUL shall not be responsible or liable for any inability of, or failure by, the Consumer to connect to any of the above mobile recharge telephone numbers.
9. Inability to connect to mobile recharge telephone numbers may be due to various reasons including but not limited to network congestion, consumer being outside coverage area, network unavailability, third party dependency, or entering an incorrect code, etc.
10. HUL shall not be responsible for misdirected calls or loss of calls while entering the response during the IVRS call. Proof of calling is not proof of receipt of the call.
11. The IVRS instruction shall be in respective local language of various telecom circles where campaign is being run & in English. Consumers will be requested to select a language option.
12. HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Campaign at any time during the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
13. Dispute resolution: These terms and conditions shall be deemed to have ben entered upon in Mumbai, and the Courts of Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions.
14. During the Campaign Period, Consumers may participate multiple times in the Campaign i.e. each time the Consumer purchases Closeup Products. In case of invalid code entry, maximum number of invalid entries allowed are 4, having 3 attempts in each entry i.e. 12 in entire campaign period.
15. HUL, their service provider and their affiliated partners may contact Campaign participating Consumers regarding other products in the future. By participating in the campaign, the Consumer agrees to grant HUL the right to contact the Consumer in the future about anu product, promotion, offer, survey or such other activity for HUL or any of its brands.
16. This offer is applicable across all telecom providers operating in India.
17. The Campaign is applicable only for consumers with pre-paid mobile numbers in above states
18. The Campaign starts 12 Midnight IST on 21st July, 2014 and ends on 30th November, 2014 at 11:59 PM IST. Post XXXXX, users with valid codes on Closeup packs may be able to redeem alternative rewards at the discretion of HUL.
19. In case of any issues, consumers can call the HUL toll free no. 1800-10-22-221
20 HUL and/or its designated agencies , their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter the Competition.
21 Airtime rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
22 HUL does not accept responsibility for entries lost, corrupted or delayed as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
23 No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
