3. The contest will run from 9th Feb to 26th Feb 2023.
4. Contest is restricted to the citizens of India above 18 years of age.
5. Employees of Kolors India and their families cannot participate in the contest.
6. Entry is limited to once per day (multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified). Kolors India reserves all rights of selection of the winners at its own discretion.
7. All participants can find the Amazon Coupon after submitting the contest form. The Coupon code will not be shared with each/any participant separately.
8. Participation in the contest shall constitute unconditional and full acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed herein by the contestant.
9. Winners will be identified by maximum correct answers. In case of multiple winners, Kolors India will determine using Lucky Draw.
10. Winner names will be announced on Kolors India FB page.
a. The winners must contact Kolors India through FB Messenger within 72 hours of announcement.
b. Winners must provide a valid ID proof like PAN Card, Driving License for verification along with address for delivery.
c. Post receipt of the prize, winners must take a selfie with the prize and share it on social media tagging Kolors India.
11. Kolors India reserves the right to use images and posts of all contestants, including his/her name and photograph on any online or offline format the company deems right to promote its brand through this event without any further consent of the participant.
12. Kolors India reserves the right to postpone/cancel/alter the contest for any reason whatsoever at any point of time.
13. Kolors India is empowered to take a decision on any case not covered by the present terms and conditions.
14. Kolors India does not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implicitly, as to a prize and in particular, but without limitation, make no representations and give no warranty that:

19. All disputes relating to the contest and or arising out of the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
