This contest called "Buy Hayate, Get to Meet Salman" is being organized by SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE INDIA PVT. LTD. (hereafter called "Organizer") and developed by MAGNON\TBWA (hereafter collectively called Agency) under service contract with Organizer.
Furthermore, participants warrant that their entries comply with all requirements set out in the Official Rules mentioned below. The decisions of Organizer for all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Organizer also reserves the right to hold or withdraw the contest or change the rules without any prior notice.

Information/Details submitted by you for Contest entries/participations will be shared by Organizer on its website (suzukimotorcyclec.o.in / apnawayoflife.com) & other related/associated websites, social channels & media used by Organizer & Agency in this campaign.
Contest:
Contest Period: The contest is for limited period only [from 22 July, 2014 (12:00 am) to 05 August, 2014 (11:59 pm)]
The contest applicable in selected states only.
This contest cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/offer.
Eligibility:
Only the owner of the bike (who is above 18 years old) who has bought the bike in the contest period is eligible for the contest and it is open to all the residents of India.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The Organizer also reserves the right to hold or withdraw the contest or change the rules without any prior notice.
The contest is not open to (i) the employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including each of their immediate family members of the Organizer, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (ii) advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of prizes, and persons or entities connected with the promotion of the contest (collectively, "Sponsors"); and (iii) persons who have an agreement or contract with any third parties that would prohibit such persons from participating in the contest.
