Term And Condition of Hindustan Times Gold Quiz Contest
- This is a free to play Contest and will be open for readers on our 2 websites (HT) and (LH)
- By participating in this contest, readers on our HT & LH websites can get a chance to win a Gold coin everyday during the contest period
- To participate, reader will need to answer all questions for the day. Incomplete/Partial entries will not be considered for participation
- A reader can participate in this contest everyday. However, the number of entries per day will be limited to only one per reader
- A reader can win maximum of 1 gold coin everyday
- The Contest will have 2 winners every day
- Contest Winners will get physical Gold coins of 1 gram each
- Winners will be selected through a lucky draw taken out at HT Media Ltd offices in Delhi & Mumbai : 1 winner to be taken out in Delhi & 1 in Mumbai
- Winners will be notified on the mobile number and/or email id details filled in by the participant while entering the contest. If contacted via Email, the winner will be required to acknowledge the receipt of such email on that day itself. Further, only one attempt shall be made to contact the winner on his/her mobile number as provided. In the event of non-availability of the concerned winner over the phone call or in the event of failure of the winner to acknowledge the Email, the prize shall lapse. HTDS shall reserve the right to select any alternate winner in the event the prize cannot be given to the original winner.
- For collection of Gold Coin, the reader will need to travel to either the Delhi or Mumbai office and collect the gold coin post submitting self attested copy of KYC documents such as Aadhaar & PAN card. The reader will have to collect the gold coin on or before 30 November 2023. Post which the opportunity shall be forfeited
- Cash will not be given in lieu of gifts. Gifts are non-transferable, and winners must collect their gifts in person from the Hindustan Times office; prizes will not be couriered to any location
- The address for HT offices will be communicated to the winners to collect the prize
- The winners are responsible for bearing the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on gifts, if applicable
Contest Duration:
The 'Festival of Gold' contest will run for a period of 30 days, from 12 Oct 2023 till 10 Nov 2023.
