The Organizer of this sweepstake is SCOTT Sports SA, Route du Crochet 17, 1762 Givisiez, Switzerland
(hereinafter “SCOTT”). By participating in this contest, the following terms and conditions are
automatically accepted:
Any natural person may participate. Persons younger than 18 years of age when participating need
to have their parent’s or legal representative’s authorization. Employees from SCOTT Sports SA, its
affiliated companies, as well as their families, and any person who has taken part in the conception
and implementation of this contest may not participate. A person may only participate once. The
choice will only take place with participants who have personally, completely, clearly and correctly
answered to the question and filled their submission. Late submissions will not be taken into
account, regardless of the reason.
The winner will be drawn randomly amongst the participants that have correctly answered to the
question. The winner will be notified by e-mail using his/her details as shown on his/her submission.
If no answer is received within 14 days as of sending of the winning notification or if the e-mail
address is not valid, the person will automatically lose the right to the prize and a new winner will be
drawn amongst the remaining participants that have correctly answered to the question.
The prize is the one precisely described in the sweepstake. There exists no take back obligation. The
prize is strictly personal and may not be assigned. A cash payment is not possible. The delivery mode
is at SCOTT’s entire discretion.
Any compensation obligation from SCOTT Sports SA, its directors, employees and agents directly or
indirectly in connection with the sweepstake is excluded regardless of the reason and including for
cases of willful or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
The participants accept that their data is stored by SCOTT Sports SA and that it may be passed on to
affiliated companies. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his/her name and other personal
data provided may be used by SCOTT Sports SA or its affiliated companies for advertising purposes,
without remuneration.
All legal actions are excluded.
