Contest Terms & Conditions
This is a series of contests which will run from 20th Feb to 2nd March (Contest period)
The selection of winners for movie tickets, Music CDs & Meet the stars will happen through a lucky draw at the end of the contest period.
All participants will get 20% cash back on Mobile and DTH Recharge of Rs. 200 or above. Offer is subject to a maximum cash back of Rs. 100.
Cash back will be in the form of Paytm Cash.
Participants will get a promocode from us in their inbox here in 7 days’ time after all the contests get over. The promocode will be valid only once for one user account.
Winners can use the promocode on Paytm to avail their cash back.
Users have to be registered on Paytm to receive Paytm Cash in their accounts.
To receive Paytm Cash, users’ phone numbers need to be verified.
Contest validity is displayed on FB and Twitter.

3. Any provision of the these terms and conditions that is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof.
4. Paytm reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, postpone, change, alter or modify Service/Offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.
5. Paytm is a platform owned by One97 Communications Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “One97”). One97 is the owner of the websitewww.paytm.com, Paytm mobile application, Paytm IVR, Paytm WAP site (Collectively referred to as “Paytm”) hence all the rights, benefits, liabilities & obligations under the above terms & conditions shall accrue to the benefit of One97.
