4. He must also share his photo wearing Oxemberg clothing with us. He can share the same on our wall.
5. Employees, spouses or children of employees, representatives,vendors, or others who derive income in any way from Oxemberg are excluded from winning or participating in contests.
6. Winners grant the permission to allow Oxemberg to post photograph or video of them receiving their prize and to use this digital imagery on any and all of Oxemberg's promotional materials.
7. Prizes are not transferable. Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Oxemberg management.
