Terms & Conditions
1. This Facebook application namely “McDonald’s Jigsaw Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is brought to you by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “McDonalds/ Company”), which is operating the McDonalds restaurants in North and East India.
2. McDonald’s Jigsaw Challenge contest is valid from 10th March to 23rd March 2014.
3. Facebook user visiting the facebook application may play the “McDonald’s Jigsaw Challenge” contest.
4. Facebook user participating in the contest will have to successfully drag and drop the images of all the portions/fragments of jumbled pieces in jigsaw puzzle within 2 (two) minutes for which timer would start once the user starts the contest.
5. In case he/she completes the contest in the said time of 2 minutes, then such user shall be one of the candidates as runner ups for winner in slot of two days which shall start from 10th March, 2014.
6. Winner of the ‘McDonald’s Jigsaw Challenge’ contest will be that participant who solves the puzzle in the least amount of time than rest of the players. The time during which the evaluation will be done is two days, starting 10th March 2014 till 23rd March 2014 and the winner will be rewarded with a Food Voucher worth Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only).
7. There will be seven lucky winners from 10th March to 23rd March 2014.
8. In case of a tie, the participant who achieve the shortest time first will be the winner.
9. This Food Voucher is valid till 15th April 2014 in all McDonald’s outlets in North & East India only.
10. The Food Voucher needs to be produced, in original, at the outlet and will be retained by McDonald’s restaurant on redemption.
11. Photocopies or duplicates or torn copies of the Food Voucher shall not be accepted or shall not be deemed valid.
12. If the value of the order placed is more than the value of the Food Voucher then the excess value will be paid by the purchaser and if the value of the order is less than the value of the Food Voucher then no refund will be given.
13. This Food Voucher is not valid on McDelivery.
14. All trademarks, copyrights or service marks of McDonalds produced in this application are sole property of McDonalds.
15. Product images are for illustrations only and the actual product may vary from the images shown.
16. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/scheme of McDonald’s.
17. This Food Voucher is non transferrable or exchangeable for cash.
18. This Food Voucher is not meant for sale separately.
19. All prices of the products in the restaurants are exclusive of taxes.
20. In case of any dispute or difference of opinion with respect to the contest/application/ offer, the decision of McDonald’s shall be final and binding.
21. The contest can be withdrawn/altered/changed at any time at the sole discretion of McDonald’s without any prior notice.
22. Participation in this Contest constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions stated herein.
23. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
