6) The period for submitting an entry in the Contest starts on 15/08/2014 at 00:00:00 and ends on 15/08/2014 at 23:59:59, the closing date of the Contest. Late entries shall not be accepted. No responsibility is borne by the Promoter for late entries or corrupted.

7) A failure by @MaalFreeKaa to enforce any of these T&C in any instances will not give rise to any claim by any person.
