Step 3: Contestants who follow the above 2 rules will be eligible to participate.
Step 4: There will be 4 winners of the contest who participate till 20th September, 2014
Step 5: Each person is eligible to win only once in the contest. However, a person can send in multiple entries.
Step 6: OE will not be held responsible for any discrepancies related to submitting entries in #SabseSmartFan Contest.
Prizes would have to be collected from Orient Electric Office .
OE is not responsible to any extent for non-delivery of the prizes due to invalid/ incomplete addresses or non-availability of the participant at the address as provided by the participant.
The decision on winners shall be at the sole discretion of OE. Decision of OE with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the contest shall be final and binding on all participants.
OE reserves the right to change/ curtail/ discontinue/ extend the contest without notice and reduce or increase the number of winners. Decision of OE is final in all respects and binding on all participants of the contest and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. All disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
The prizes are non-transferable. The participants cannot claim cash in lieu of the prizes.
In the event of any deficiency related issues with this prize, OE shall not be held responsible and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
By participating in this contest, every participant agrees to allow the use of his/ her name and/ or photograph and/or write-up for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation
OE and its agencies reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
OE may, in their absolute discretion require that the individual provide photographic identification or some other acceptable form of identification or proof of age & nationality before awarding the prizes.
By entering the contest all participants accept and agree to the above Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from the contest.
Participation in the Contest is not linked, directly or indirectly, to purchase of any product or service from Orient Electric.
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
