1) Shakti Bhog Foods Limited is hosting a contest called
"Shakti Bhog Maharaja of the Week"
2) This contest is available on www.facebook.com/SHAKTIBHOG and for fans of our page
and products.
3) This program is valid for participation and all activities done from every Sunday
to Saturday. ( time period – Sunday- Saturday)
4) The participation is free of cost and does not bind any participating member to
buy Shaktibhog products
5) Participation in this Program is open to all Indian citizens residing in India
only, including employees and associates
6) To participate in this Program:
a) The participant is required to promote our pages, like them, upload
positive posts related to them, send invites to their friends to visit
our page, share our images and posts and promote it in all ways possible
b) The member who promotes Shaktibhog Facebook page and products the most
online via social media ( Facebook ) and is the most "active Fan" would
be declared the Shaktibhog Maharaja of the week
7) Shakti Bhog will decide on the winner at the end of Saturday ,every week, and send
a gift hamper to the winner
8) In case the winner is not contactable, Shakti Bhog reserves the right to pass on
the gift hamper to any other participant who it thinks eligible, without any notice
9) The gift hamper will be delivered within a month of the declaration of the winner.
10) By participating in this Program, the participant confirms and represents that
he/she has read the terms and conditions of this Program and has agreed to
accept and abide by the same;
11) All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi,
