3. Contest is restricted to residents of India and attained age of 18 years and above
(Participants)
4. Contest is open on 24/12/2014 from 12:00 hours to 07/01/2015 24:00 hours and void
wherever prohibited under law.
5. Participation is restricted to users who are customers of Reliance Digital and have filled in
the form. By filling in the formparticipant agrees and consent to acceptance of terms and
conditions of the Contest. Participants are hereby requested to read and understood the
detailed conditions linked to the T&C button of the Contest on web page.
6. Participants can take part in the Contest by filling in the duly form available on
www.reliancedigital.in
7. Winners shall be selected amongst the Participantsbased on their responses in the form.
As a benefit under the Contest, each winner will get an electronic that they chose while
filling up the form.
8. Winners shall be declared after the contest has endedand will published/posted on the
contest webpage as well as social media.
9. Winners shall be intimated via phone /e-mailas given by Participant during the Contest. In
case the Winner does not respond within 7 days after the first attempted contact from
Reliance or publication of winner whichever is later, he or she will be disqualified.
10. Winner once announced & communicated shall personally claim and collect the prize
from the venue, date and time as informed by Reliance subject to submission of
documents namely Photo Identity proof and address proof as well as a valid invoice
dated from 25.06.2014 to 07.01.2015 as acceptable to Reliance, otherwise the prize will
be forfeited. In the event of failure on the part of winner to claim and collect the prize
Reliance shall not be held responsible.
11. Reliance without assigning any reasons whatsoever reserves its rights to; (a) Withdraw
the Contest at any time (b) reschedule the date and time of declaration of winner (c)
