Extra Points Reward

i) You are a current registered MSI Reward Program member, or you elect to join the MSI Reward Program during the Event period.

ii) Purchase one (1) or more eligible MSI product(s) and register the product(s) in MSI’s Member Center https://register.msi.com/home/loginand the MSI Reward Program. Entries will be deemed invalid if purchased eligible product(s) is/are returned or refunded within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Product registration must be completed between Aug.5th – Sept. 7th, 2020.

iii) If You register an eligible product according to the steps above during the Event period, subject to MSI review of completion of the required steps above, You will earn thirty-four (34) times the number of points originally accrued for product registration. For example, if normal product registration grants five (5) points, a participant who successfully completes all requirements will earn one hundred seventy (170) reward points (calculated from 5 x 34).

Marvel’s Avengers Game Code Reward

i) Participants who have completed the Extra Points Reward actions above can earn additional rewards. For participants who completed the “Extra Points Reward” above based on eligible MSI notebook or desktop products, write and submit a review of your purchased eligible product between Aug. 5th– Sept. 15th, 2020,and post the review on the etailer or reseller website where you purchased the product. Provide the product purchase invoice and review and url when indicated in the review submission page.

ii) Subject to MSI review of Your completion of the required steps above, successful participants who meet all stated requirements will earn either a Marvel’s Avengers game code as follows:

-Notebook/Desktop products: one (1) Marvel Avengers game code per participant

Game code will be sent to qualifying participants’ registered email address on or after Sept. 30th, 2020.

Happy Birthday MSI! Reward

i) You must be of legal age to participate. During the Event period, wish MSI a happy birthday by posting pictures and/or videos of MSI products on Your Instagram with the hashtag #birthdaytomsi. The themed photos/ videos must be related to the MSI birthday. Participants are required to follow MSI Instagram.

ii) MSI will review all posts daily. If Your post follows the above required steps and is approved, the post will be shown on the Reward page located athttps://www.msi.com/Landing/2020-msi-brand-of-the-month . Each approved participant will be eligible to participate in the random prize draw detailed below. Each Instagram account is permitted one (1) entry. Entries with incorrect photos, uploading after the Event period, and repeat photos will be disqualified.

iii) MSI offers 3 grand prizes for 3 different thresholds of blessings posts. On Sept. 25th, 2020 (UTC +8) MSI will hold random prize draws once the number of eligible participants meet predefined thresholds:

- 600 posts: one (1) MSI graphics card GeForce GTX 1660 Ti VENTUS XS 6G OC + MEG Z490 UNIFY valued at US$600

- 800 posts: one (1) MSI Modern 14 notebook valued at US$1299

- 1200 posts: one (1) MSI Aegis Ti5 desktop valued at US$ 4900

The random prize draw will not be held if the minimum 600 post threshold is not met.

iv) Winners of the prize draw will be announced on the Event page, located at https://www.msi.com/Landing/2020-msi-brand-of-the-month. Each individual winner will be notified within one (1) week by MSI. MSI will contact each winner to confirm delivery information such as name, address (no PO boxes), and phone number. If a winner does not respond to MSI’s notice within five (5) work days, the prize will be deemed forfeited and MSI will randomly select a new winner. Physical prizes may take up to eight (8) weeks or more to be delivered due to customs clearance. MSI shall not be liable for any loss or delays resulting from incorrect or missing information provided. Winners are solely responsible for their own federal, state, or local taxes, fees, and surcharges.

v) All prizes are not transferable, substitution or redeemable for cash or any other goods. If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond MSI’s reasonable control, MSI may, at its sole discretion, adjust the prize content by replacing the prize with another product of equivalent value.

vi) For USA participants, this Reward is free to enter for a chance to win the draw prize by writing a request to MSI USA and mailing this request to the MSI Marketing Department located at 901 Canada Court, City of Industry, CA 91748. Your written request must be legible to be accepted, and must include Your full name and a valid mailing address within the USA (NO P.O. BOX), phone number and any email address to allow MSI to verify the entrant. Only one entry will be permitted per entrant. MSI will also use the contact information provided in the entry to contact the entrant, as appropriate.

General Terms Applicable to All Rewards

i) You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms if You partake in any one or more actions required to earn a Reward in the steps above, or if You select the “I Agree to these Terms and Conditions” or similarly titled check box.

ii) MSI shall have sole discretion in verifying, approving, or denying submissions or determining such matters.

iii) Eligible Regions: Worldwide, excluding Italy.

iv) This Event is only for eligible end user consumers and not businesses. MSI, MSI affiliates, subsidiary, manufacturer, business partner, distributor, wholesaler, reseller, retailer, or agency employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Event.

i) MSI retains the right to make adjustments of these terms without prior notice subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. MSI may, at its discretion, disqualify participants who do not meet or violate these terms.

vi) Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Entry must be made by the participant. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void that participant's entry and may result in immediate disqualification.

vii) Participants must be at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

MSI will announce sweepstakes winners on Sep. 25th. MSI will send email notifications to each winner to verify delivery information.
