What exactly is the Daily iPhone Competition?
The Daily iPhone Contest is a contest in which qualifying customers may win an iPhone 14 (128 GB) every day from May 18th to May 21st, 2023.
Is this competition open to all customers?
Except for Chennai clients, all customers who make a purchase of Rs. 499 or more in an order (as per bill amount) would be eligible.
How do I enter this competition?
There is no need for a separate activity. The order value must be Rs. 499 or more, successfully delivered, and no refunds are requested against such order. A user can boost his or her chances of winning the iPhone 14 by submitting additional orders that satisfy the aforementioned conditions. It is stated that participation is not required; customers may accept the winning gift at their personal discretion.
How will the winner be chosen?
The winner for a specific day will be chosen at random using the unique Order Ids and published on the App at 3PM the following day.
The award must be claimed by the winner within [2] hours of the announcement. If the winner does not respond within [2] hours of being notified, or if the winner refuses to accept the prize, a new winner will be chosen by a random drawing, and the winner will be announced at 5PM. Zepto has the right, in its sole discretion, to repeat the luck draw selection as long as the applicable winner claims the prize.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced at 3 PM daily on the App so keep a watch. All winners are required to provide any of their identification proof ,address proof with PAN number, with Zepto for claiming the prize within 3 days of the winner announcement. 5. Where the value exceeds the exemption limit under Income Tax Act, 1961, winner shall bear all applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the contest.
6. Zepto reserves the right to either suspend or reject the rewards to a user in case it finds or suspects or alleges any fraud or misuse of the Contest by such user/s.
