Term And Condition Teco Bell Contest
- The Contest starts on April 18, 2024 and ends on May 07, 2024 (both dates inclusive) as per Taco Bell store operational hours.
- This Contest will be open to all citizens of India with the exception of Taco Bell and Poco’s employees and their families, Taco Bell and Poco’s agents, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners (including their employees).
- The contest is only valid for Dine In or Take Away customer transactions IN TACO BELL STORES ONLY. Any orders placed through Food Aggregators or Taco Bell App or any other online platform WILL NOT be eligible for the contest and the Prize.
- The Customer has to make a valid transaction at a Taco Bell Store (Minimum Order Value of Rs 59) to be auto-enrolled into the contest and get a chance to win Poco X6 Pro Smartphones.
- Taco Bell and Poco have the sole discretion in selecting the winners from all eligible entries received. Prizes and winners are decided by Taco Bell and Poco through a lucky draw/random basis. Taco Bell and Poco shall not be held liable to explain the process by which the winner has been chosen and Taco Bell and Poco reserve the Taco Bell India and Poco India reserve the right to change the contest duration and mechanics at their discretion.
- In case the winner is contacted, amongst other things, he/she would be required to verify his/her credentials by showing a valid Government photo identity proof (e.g. Driver's license, Voter ID card, Passport, Aadhar card, PAN card, or Ration card), at the time of the delivery/collection of the prize.
- Maximum one entry is allowed from one valid mobile number per day. Taco Bell and Poco may allow participants to make entries again by transacting on consecutive days. Multiple entries are not allowed on a single day. Participants take full responsibility for the entries shared by them.
- All winners will get their respective POCO Smartphone by a maximum of 20th May 2024. However, in the event of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, all winners will be conveyed about revised timelines.
- Any customer participating in the Contest who wins any prize during the period of the Contest shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
- The images of the prizes depicted on the ads/posters/pack shots etc. are for illustration only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made. All names and images used to depict prizes are proprietary to the respective brand/manufacturer.
- Any and all prize-related expenses, including any delivery expenses, taxes and statutory levies as applicable shall be borne by the winner for prize as applicable.
