Crompton Selfie Contest Content Guideline:
- Selfies / Content submitted must not contain nudity, offensive language, denigrating women, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or against the public policy of India or adult content.
- Selfie/Content must not contain any brand other than Compton.
- Crompton reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or violating community standards.
- The selfie will be considered valid only if the same is accompanied with all the mandatory hashtags and tags and submitted strictly in compliance with this Contest terms and conditions and other instructions of Crompton as communicated from time to time
- The participants acknowledge that they do not have any medical, physical and/or emotional condition which can jeopardize their eligibility for participation in the Contest.
- To enable registration of a participant and/or to make the prize available to the participant, personally identifiable information which shall include without limitation name, complete address, date of birth, citizenship details, passport details, email id, Instagram handle/ account name, etc. of the participants ("Personal Information") will be collected by Crompton to enable the Crompton to administer and promote this Contest and the participants. If participants do not truthfully provide all requested Personal Information, the Crompton may determine that such participants are not eligible to win the prize in this Contest.
- The Personal Information of the participants shall be provided by Crompton to others assisting Crompton in this regard, including its affiliates, associates, authorities, agents, sponsors, employees, prize suppliers, distributors, deliverers and service providers (as applicable).
- Crompton shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the Contest and grant of the prize from any party whatsoever.
- Crompton Selfie Contest Winner Selection:
- The winner will be determined based on the number of likes and comments received on their selfie/Content post during the Contest Period as well as them sharing the same as a story and tagging Crompton’s official Instagram account
- Each like on the selfie post will count as one vote.
- In the event of a tie, Crompton will select the winner based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the Contest rules.
- Winner announcement shall be made on social media between 15th June- 25th June, however Crompton reserves the right to modify the same at its discretion.
Crompton Selfie Contest Prize:
There are three types of rewards: Grand Prize, Weekly Reward, and Daily rewards. Participants are eligible to win one prize in each category.
- The Grand Prize is a Travel voucher worth Rs. 1,50,000 to any domestic or international destination.
- Weekly rewards include Crompton products worth Rs. 12,000 at Maximum Retail Price.
- Daily rewards consist of Rs. 2,000 per person.
- The Grand Prize includes round-trip airfare, accommodation, transfers, and select activities as mentioned by the voucher provider.
All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. No request shall be entertained by the Crompton in this behalf
Crompton Selfie Contest Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform where the winning entry was submitted.
- The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Crompton Selfie Contest Duration:
- The Contest begins on April 27th, 2024, at 12:00 AM [IST] and ends on May 27th, 2024, at 11:59 PM [IST].
