Diwali 2023 Free Bathroom Makeover Contest Rules
- All Participants should be at least 18 years of age and citizens of India.
- The Contest begins on the 13th October 2023 and will end at 23:59 PM on 19th November 2023.
- By participating in this contest, a participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein. This contest is subject to the applicable laws of India.
- Kajaria Bathware Private Ltd. may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the duration period of the said contest, as it deems necessary without any prior notice and liability, whatsoever.
- It is also clarified that any entry, which is found to be obscene, offending and hurtful, shall be rejected immediately; and appropriate action will be taken against the said participant.
- A person can participate in the contest as many times as possible during the duration of the contest however can win and claim the prize, only once.
- The decision of the organiser shall be final and the participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same.
- The participants agree to allow Kajaria Bathware Private Limited to make a video of the Bathroom transformation, or any other marketing activity related to the making of the bathroom.
- Data collected from participants will only be used by the company for advertising and to improve the user experience and will not be disclosed or shared with any third party other than the Government, if required.
- The recipient of the “Bathroom Makeover Contest” grand prize, hereinafter referred to as the “Mega Winner,” is required to have legal ownership of the property for which the makeover is intended, or alternatively, obtain written consent from the property owner prior to commencing the makeover process.
- Please note that Bathxpertz is exclusively responsible for the bathroom makeover for the Mega Winner only and not for the other winners in the contest.
Diwali 2023 Free Prizes Details
- In addition to the mega winner, there will be 6 consolation winners who will receive a prize limited to the supply of bathroom fittings and sanitaryware items (referred to as the “Products”) upto Rs.50,000, subject to the availability of selected bathroom fittings. The company will not be liable for any civil work, piping, or installation of the said products. Furthermore, the company will not supply materials such as wall or floor tiles, plumbing material or other incidental items.
- The mega winner and 6 consolation winners will be required to visit the Kerovit showroom to personally select the products.
- Additionally, 500 lucky winners who participate in the contest will receive an Amazon voucher worth Rs. 250 each.
Diwali 2023 Bathroom Makeover Bathxpertz’s Terms and Conditions:
- Bathxpertz is a bathroom renovation company that provides renovation and interior work of Bathroom, as per the specifics agreed upon in the scope of services and the customer order form, as signed by the customer upon becoming the winner of the contest.
- The project will be executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, with any alterations or changes subject to mutual signed agreement between the customer and Bathxpertz.
- Any costs incurred beyond Rs.1.5 lakhs (i.e prize value), as well as any additional changes requested by the winner, must be solely borne by the winner only.
