The Participant on entering the said Contest agrees and accepts the Terms and Conditions of this Contest and therefore the Participant agrees to be bound by the said terms and conditions.
- Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of the Company to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Company to conduct further, similar or other contests in the future.
- The Participant shall enter this Contest out of his/her will and free consent and there is no compulsion or coercion, or undue influence exerted upon her/him to participate in the Contest. To participate in the contest, the Participant shall log in to the Company account and register the details. If the Participant does not have an account, he/she will be required to create a new account and agrees to the TCL Policies.
Happy Diwali Diya Decoration Rules:
- All persons with a Company account Company shall be considered to be a “Participant” in this Contest. They shall be required to fulfil the below stated requisites and requirements. If they do not meet these requirements, the Company reserves the right and shall be entitled to disqualify the Participant without giving any prior notice at any time which shall include Prize delivery time.
- The Participant must be a real person, over the age of 18 years, and shall be a citizen of India and reside in India
- The maximum number of entries per Participate is only 1 (One). Please note in case the Company finds that there are multiple entries and fraudulent entries the said Participant will be disqualified with immediate effect. He/she will not be able to participate in the said contest. The Company further has the right the black list such participants in the future and not allow them to participate in any future TCL contests.
- The Participant must not be our employee, officer or agent, or an employee, officer or agent of any person or organization involved in the running of the competition, and participate must not be a family relation of any such person.
- Participant must not have been the subject to f any criminal proceedings;
- The Participant must not be of an unsound mind;
- The Participant must not be disqualified under any law e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order, etc. and/or is otherwise prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
How To Enter Diya Light Up Diwali Decoration:
- Participants who registers or logs in to the contest page for the first time can light up three Diyas. By inviting just one more person, they can light up the fourth Diya and get a chance to have a lucky draw. Each lottery draw will consume 4 Diyas, and Participants will have the chance to win second prizes by drawing.
- For each successful invitation of a new participant to the contest, one Diya can be lit.
- Participants who rank in the top 10 for the number of Diyas lit will have the chance to have a lucky draw for the first prize.
- If the number of Diyas lit is the same among participants, the time of achieving that number will be used as a reference. The Participant who has achieved that number earlier will be ranked higher.
- After the event ends, the winners of the first prize will be announced on the event page.
